More Pooh Corner Episodes May Be Coming Soon...
Just a few hours ago a friend let me know that he has Volumes 1-6 and 8 from the rare UK Disney Channel VHS releases, and he has offered to share the missing episodes once he gets VHS transfer software! As I did with "When You Were Younger," you can expect screenshots when I get the episodes. No word on an exact date for when he'll give me the episodes, but he said he'll get a converter towards the end of August.
Also, as he revealed the Volume 8 cover to me, I can confirm that it has Episode 078 - Fine Feathered Friend. I updated the list of uncovered episodes with that newly found information.

Welcome to Pooh Corner: Little Things -- Screenshots!
A while ago, it was reported that a copy of the episode "Little Things" had been located. Now that I have said episode thanks to Toonman10, I am pleased to present some screenshots. (Update 07/15/14: Turns out I made a mistake. The episode is actually Episode 103 "When I Was Younger" which is made obvious through the song in the episode)

Book of Pooh: The Wishing Tree Summary Found!
It's not much, but I found a summary of the Book of Pooh episode, "The Wishing Tree" while scavenging the internet for more Pooh shows. It's a fairly basic recap of the episode, touching on the main events of the story and even listing technical specifications and the credits for the episode.

"One in this children's series based on the classic stories of Winnie the Pooh. In this episode, everyone is getting ready for Christmas. Kanga sings a song to baby Roo about the Wishing Tree, and Roo decides to go in search of the tree. He enlists the help of Pooh, Tigger, and Piglet. The four march deep into the woods, daydreaming about what they will wish for when they find the tree. Suddenly, they find the tree and start wishing -- but nothing happens. Roo remembers that one's heart has to be "in the right place" for the tree to work, and suddenly the group realizes that it is lost. Meanwhile, everyone gathered at Rabbit's house notices that Roo, Pooh, Piglet, and Tigger are missing. Kanga realizes that Roo must have decided to look for the Wishing Tree, and she leads a search to find him. In the end, Roo learns some important lessons. This program is closed-captioned. Cataloging of this program was made possible by the Disney Channel, 2002."
It turns out that the Paley Center for Media holds a copy of this episode (and two previously found Welcome to Pooh Corner episodes). Unfortunately it seems as though the episode cannot be viewed by a regular audience, instead limiting access to college students and professors. I tried registering on one of their sites but found I needed a student ID to complete the registration process. Fortunately, as I am starting college soon, I might be able to gain whatever is necessary to access the site and ultimately the episode, though I highly doubt I'll be able to obtain a copy to publicly share. Still, any additional information about the episode's original English version would be immensely useful.
I do have the German version of the episode which I unfortunately cannot access now due to the condition of the computer it's stored on, but if I'm able to regain that and somehow arrange a screening of the English episode at Paley where I can take notes on the dialogue, I might be able to make a recreation of the English version by adding subtitles to the German copy.

Pooh Corner Song Found!
Wow, another find in just four days! Amazingly this slipped me by as it appears to have been online for a while. Nevertheless, the song "Please and Thank You" which comes from a currently unknown episode, has been found on a fanpage. Unfortunately, only the audio and a single screenshot from the scene are provided. If anybody knows which episode this song is from, please let us know!

Found Book of Pooh Episodes
A complete list of all the Book of Pooh episodes that have been tracked down, not including foreign dubs of the show. This list will be updated as new episodes are found.
Note: Season 1 originally aired without recaps accompanying the episodes, instead using the extended version of "Goodbye For Now" to fill in the time (which can be found on home video releases of the show). When Season 2 started airing in July 2001, recaps were added to the series.
Additionally, the last three Season 1 episodes (which were featured in Stories From the Heart) were never aired without recaps in the USA, appearing only in foreign markets such as Germany. It is unknown as of yet if the original versions ever aired in English speaking countries.

Welcome to Pooh Corner Episode Found!
Congratulations to Toonman10 (also known as CNF) for finding a missing Welcome to Pooh Corner episode on a Betamax tape he bought off of eBay! We can now add Episode 29 to the list of episodes we have. Like the name of it, it's "Little Things" like this that get us closer and closer to completing the series!

Update: Oh Bother!
I wrote up a list of all the Book of Pooh episodes I've tracked down so far and made it a page on this blog but for some reason the link to it doesn't work. I'm new to this "page" thing on Blogger, so any help would be appreciated, especially since this is the first of many pages that will be on this blog.

Welcome to the Hundred Acre Wood
This is a blog dedicated to locating the missing episodes of Winnie the Pooh shows "Welcome to Pooh Corner" and "The Book of Pooh" which have unfortunately faded into obscurity.
